Patrick Swayze's widow 'can still feel him' with her
Dancer Lisa Niemi
told British tabloid The Sun that she can still sense his
presence in their house, even though it has been four months since the actor's
death.
The 53-year-old, who was married to the Dirty Dancing star for
34 years before he died of pancreatic cancer, said: "Honestly, the kind of grief
I experienced after Patrick was gone was literally on a cellular level.
"It's something deep inside your body that you have no control over. I can still
feel the contour of his hand in mine.
Lisa explained how she also feels Swayze's presence when she stays on their New
Mexico ranch.
Speaking about Swayze - who plays a man who revisits his fiancee as a ghost in
the film of the same name - she added: "And I remember sitting on our porch and
saying to myself: 'See, there's nothing to be afraid of'.
"I saw Patrick there in the most loving and positive way. And it was like he was
sitting on my shoulder saying: 'Look at what we built together here'."
The dancer says there are many things that she misses about her husband who died
in September at the age of 57.
She said: "What I would most like is to hear Patrick's voice again."
A Tribute over Patrick
The 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were held Saturday at The Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles.
Sigourney Weaver
remembered the stars that sadly passed away last year. Amongst the many veteran
actors that died there were many that died too
young, including, Brittany Murphy, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson and Patrick
Swayze.
